We know recovery isn’t one size fits all. That’s why we welcome programmes like Speed Freaks. The Speed Freaks programme brings structure, connection and motivation to some of our Christchurch Bridge tangata through running and walking.

With the support of volunteer coaches, our tangata build confidence, have a routine and a sense of belonging. These are all important parts of the recovery journey.
